Do I save money by ordering early?
Yes, you'll save money by ordering early. We offer discounted pricing based on cut-off early bird and advanced deadlines dates. The earlier you place your order, the more you'll save.
Does the package include lead retrieval, and what options are available?
Yes, every package includes lead retrieval. You can select either our convenient mobile app or rent a dedicated scanning device. Plus, the packages include other cost-saving features like custom sales qualifiers.
Can Maritz extend the deadline for ordering?
No, deadlines will not be extended per Show Management.
I'm tax-exempt. What's the process for applying my exemption?

Do you offer a developer kit/API?
We offer an Event API that provides real-time access to complete lead information, enabling seamless integration between your lead retrieval system and event attendee data.
I need to cancel my order. Can I be refunded?
To receive a refund (less a $100 cancellation fee), order cancellations must be received more than 30 days before the show opens. Cancellations within 30 days of the show, as well as requests for refunds on unused equipment or licenses made within 30 days of the show, cannot be honored. Please note that processing fees are non-refundable.
I need to update my exhibitor record due to inaccurate information. What is the process for making corrections?

Can I order onsite?
Yes, you may order onsite, but we cannot guarantee availability. All device orders will be on a first-come, first-served basis. We highly recommend ordering in advance to guarantee availability and to take advantage of our discount pricing.
I ordered the App how do I get it setup for the event?
Once you complete your purchase, we'll send an email with instructions for setting up your XPress Leads App. We strongly recommend completing this setup PRIOR to arriving onsite.
When and where can I pick up my order?
Our desk is typically located in the exhibitor services area in the exhibit hall and is staffed two days before the halls opens. Email us at xpressleadpro@maritz.com to obtain this information prior to the show.
I want to order custom qualifiers but am not ready to submit my customization. Should I wait to order?
Yes, you can order now. You'll receive an email with instructions on how to submit your customization through the XPress Leads portal. The deadline for submitting customization is one week before the exhibit hall opens.
When will my order be delivered?
Delivery (if purchased) is the day before the show, 10 AM - 5 PM. Schedule your specific time at our booth when you arrive. No opening day deliveries. Someone must be at your booth for delivery, or you'll need to pick it up; no refunds for missed deliveries.
When can I download my leads?
Synced leads are available for download in real-time. You can download your synced leads immediately. Your confirmation email includes login credentials for accessing your leads. We'll also send reminder emails the day before the show opens and the day the show closes.
In what format do I get my leads?
Leads are available for download in XLS format (Excel).
Can I integrate my lead data with my CRM system?
While we do not currently offer direct CRM integrations, our leads are provided in an Excel format, making it simple to import them into your CRM.
