How do I get my show code?
Your show code is located on the order form you received in your exhibitor kit. You may also call 800-746-9734 or email xpressleadpro@cdsreg.com to obtain this information.

Do I save money by ordering early?
Yes, the pricing is discounted by cut-off dates (early advance, late advance, and on-site).  The earlier you order your unit, the better the cost savings.

Can I order on-site?
Yes, you may order on-site, but we cannot guarantee availability.  All orders will be on a first-come, first-served basis. We highly recommend ordering in advance to guarantee availability and to take advantage of our discount pricing.

Can Convention Data Services extend the deadline for ordering?
No, deadlines will not be extended per Show Management.

I'm interested in a "package" - does this include the lead retrieval device?
Yes - all packages come complete with the lead retrieval device, as well as other bundled options; such as delivery to your booth and pickup, in an effort to save you money. If you are only in need of one device for your booth, there is no need to order any additional equipment.

When and where can I pickup my order?
Our desk is typically located in the exhibitor services area in the exhibit hall and is staffed two days before the hall opens.   You may also call 800-746-9734 or email xpressleadpro@cdsreg.com to obtain this information prior to the show.

What is the benefit of Delivery, Installation, Training & Pickup (DITP)?
The major benefit is that your order is delivered to your booth, which eliminates the need to leave your booth during set up, or the hassle of possibly waiting in line. Our staff will also assist in the set-up and personal training of your booth staff on how to best utilize the features of the X•Press Leads service. In addition, at the end of the show, you don't have to worry about waiting in return lines. We will pickup your unit at your booth.

When will my order be delivered?
If you purchased the delivery service, we will attempt to deliver the day before the hall opens between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm unless otherwise noted. Once you arrive at the exhibit hall, stop by our booth to schedule a convenient delivery time. No deliveries will be made on the opening day of the show.  Someone must be present in your booth to take delivery of the lead retrieval system.  If no one is available we will leave a notice and it will be your responsibility to pickup your lead retrieval system from our booth.  There are no refunds for undelivered systems if no one was available in your booth to take receipt.

I ordered multiple machines and want to customize each one differently. How do I complete the order?
For each set of custom codes, make a copy of the custom codes order page included in your exhibitor kit and fax your codes to 508-759-4238 or email them to xpressleadpro@cdsreg.com . Make sure you include your company name, the show you're attending and your booth number.

I want to order custom qualifiers but would like to send the codes in later. May I do that?
The deadline for submitting custom codes is the late advance date, which can be found on the order form.  Fax them to 508-759-4238 or email them to xpressleadpro@cdsreg.com .  Custom codes received after the late advance date are not guaranteed and you may receive a standard unit at the show until the customized unit has been programmed.

How do I contact a representative if I have questions about a product?
Call 800-746-9734 and an X•Press Leads Representative will be able to assist you, or email us at xpressleadpro@cdsreg.com for more information.

Do I have to wait for a download?
No, if you ordered the X•Press LeadPro unit with the USB flash drive, you can download your leads and take them with you.  If you ordered the X•Press LeadKey unit, the leads are available on your PC in your booth at any time.  For all X•Press Leads units, we will upload your leads to our secure website.  At the end of the show, you will receive your login information in an email.

In what format do I get my leads?
The leads are provided in an ASCII text format (commas and quotes). This format will allow you to import your leads into most software programs. Our tech support staff is available anytime by calling 800-746-9734 or by emailing xpressleadpro@cdsreg.com.

Who do I contact for help with the leads post-event?
After reviewing the importing instructions, if you still require assistance, our tech support staff is available by calling 800-746-9734 or by emailing xpressleadpro@cdsreg.com.

What format can I provide my letter for the X•Press Email/Fax service?
You can email us your text in Word or PDF format. Please note, you must have ordered a lead retrieval device in order to secure this option.

I am tax-exempt. How do I notify Convention Data Services of this?
For Faxed Orders - Simply fax in your order along with a copy of your exemption certificate. For Online Orders - Simply place your order online (including tax) and fax your exemption certificate to (508) 759-4238 with a copy of your confirmation. Your tax will be credited to the credit card used to complete the transaction within 5 business days.
