This page includes all the information you need to install the App on your iPhone or Android.

Once the app is installed on your device, it will need to be activated by setting up a user profile and entering your unique license key. Please forward the link to this page, or the email confirmation that you received with your order to all the people who will be using the XPress Connect onsite.

Setup Instructions

After installing the CDS XPress Connect app from the market, follow these steps to setup and test the App. The license key and badge samples are included below.

  1. The first time you launch the app, you will be asked to login or create a profile. Select the "Create Account"* button at the bottom of the screen.
    * If you will be using multiple devices at your event, you must create a unique account for each device. Multiple, concurrent logins with the same user name and password are not supported by the app.
  2. After setting up the profile, you will be prompted to enter a license for the event. You can scan the license key QR code on this page or you can type the license key into the text field.
  3. Allow camera, bluetooth and location services access if prompted.
  4. After entering the license, you will be brought to the "Capture Leads" screen and are ready to start using the app.
  5. Scan the sample badge QR code or enter the badge ID on this page to confirm proper setup. If successful, you will see details for an attendee named Lead Tester.

Previous XPress Connect App Users

Follow the steps below to add new event license:

  1. Open the XPress Connect App and log in.
  2. Go to the app settings - the 3 lines in upper righthand corner
  3. Select Licenses option
  4. Select “Add License” (lower left)
  5. Select “Scan License” and scan the QR code below

You can either scan the license key QR or enter the number into the text field provided in the app. There is only one license key for all of the user licenses you purchased.

Scanning Leads

You may enter leads with the CDS XPress Connect either by scanning the square QR code, or manually entering the badge ID and last name. The badge ID is the six digit number shown above the QR code.
